1. Event Ticket Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: Ticket cancellations are accepted up to 2 before the event date.

  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable if canceled after this period or for "No Shows."

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel your ticket, please email us at saiteja12yadav@gamil.com with your booking details.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Eligible cancellations made within the allowed window will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Any convenience fees, transaction charges, or third-party fees are non-refundable.

3. Event Postponement or Cancellation

  • Event Cancellation: If we cancel an event, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.

  • Event Postponement: If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds for postponed events will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
