1. Event Ticket Cancellation

Cancellation Window: Ticket cancellations are accepted up to 2 before the event date.

Non-Refundable Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable if canceled after this period or for "No Shows."

2. Refund Policy

Full Refund: Eligible cancellations made within the allowed window will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Fees: Any convenience fees, transaction charges, or third-party fees are non-refundable.
3. Event Postponement or Cancellation

Event Cancellation: If we cancel an event, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event.

Event Postponement: If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds for postponed events will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
